Great luncheon at school today - prepared and served by my three Culinary Arts classes. Pasta with Spinach Pesto and Blanched Broccoli, Caesar Salad with Homemade Caesar Dressing, Homemade Garlic Bread, Rhubarb-Strawberry Sorbetto, Moca Biscotti, Mint Tea and Sparkling Lemonade. After almost three weeks of preparation it was great to finally serve the lunch to our 300 guests! Almost nothing left at the end of the day - always a good sign, along with the many compliments to our amazing student chefs!
